The most advanced of the techniques used to test for genetic disorders, gene tests (also called DNA-based tests), is a comprehensive, individualized genetic test that involves direct examination of the DNA molecule itself. With these analyzes, detailed genetic infrastructure is analyzed about the continuity of the future healthy condition, the risks of developing disease, nutrition, weight control, drug activity. Individual reports are prepared by carrying out analyses by a competent, experienced, scientific infrastructure team in the field.
WHAT DOES A GENETIC CHECK-UP DO FOR US?

To determine and prevent the risk of adult-onset neurological and psychiatric disorders such as Huntington’s and Alzheimer’s disease
Because certain types of cancer occur among your relatives, to determine your cancer risk and to take precautions,
To determine the genetic disease carrier status in individuals with a family history of growth retardation, epilepsy, autism,
Infertility, to identify the underlying genetic causes of reproductive system disorders such as recurrent pregnancy losses and to support individual treatment and follow-up strategies,

Depending on ethnicity, there is a high risk of having a sick child for some genetic diseases. To provide the necessary information for the couples planning pregnancy to have healthy children
To contribute to the solution of uncontrollable weight problems despite diet and exercise

WHO SHOULD GENETIC CHECK-UPS BE USED FOR?
To be able to detect a genetic disease, to stay healthy and young for life, and to protect future generations from diseases can be applied to individuals of any age.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF GENETIC TEST RESULTS SHOW THAT I HAVE A GENE PROBLEM?
Having a high risk of genetic disease significantly relaxes individuals when there is a condition that can be treated. They realize the importance of the knowledge they gain as they get the chance to do everything they can to increase their chances of staying healthy. Detecting a gene for an incurable disease can be likened to learning about a disease that already exists in them. In this case, he starts to look for answers to the question of what will happen to me in the future, how to take precautions. Geneticists and psychiatrists, along with other related branch physicians, are a good source of help and support for people with this condition.
WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS IF GENETIC TEST RESULTS SHOW I HAVE A GENE PROBLEM?
The gene problem can be investigated in other members of the family. Prenatal diagnosis, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGT) applications can be performed in order to achieve healthy generations in carrier individuals.
HOW CAN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF GENETIC TESTING BE GUARANTEED?
Access to your genetic test results is confidential due to KVKK and legal regulations. Your doctor cannot tell anyone that you have had a genetic test or your test results without your permission.
CAN YOUR DNA DETERMINE WHICH DIET IS BEST FOR YOU?
The foods we eat, and more importantly the way we metabolize these foods, play a big role in our weight management. DNA diagnostic tests sequence an individual’s DNA, focusing on a subset of variants associated with a trait, such as how people metabolize or respond to different macronutrients, or small changes in the genetic code: Proteins, fats, carbohydrates. Other important genetic factors, including LDL and HDL cholesterol, blood sugar, and triglycerides, are associated with many health conditions that can potentially be prevented by proper dietary changes. All results are then calculated to determine the best diet that will help you optimize your metabolism, control your weight and improve your health. An in-depth personalized report is provided with detailed, actionable steps to help you make the necessary changes to optimize your efforts and maximize your results.
HOW WILL THE TEST HELP ME PLAN A MORE EFFECTIVE DIET PLAN?
The test will provide a personalized nutritional profile with detailed information about the nutrients you need to stay healthy. For example, people who have a specific variant of the GSTT1 gene will need to take vitamin C in amounts exceeding the RDA due to their genetic predisposition to vitamin C deficiency. Similarly, if you have lactose intolerance, you report diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, etc. it will include advice on foods you should or should not take to prevent symptoms.
WHAT ARE THE TEST PROCESSES?
Complete the test order form with a breakdown of your lifestyle/history and take your blood sample. This process takes 15-20 minutes. After your sample reaches our genetic diseases diagnostic center, your results are sent to your doctor within 7-8 weeks. After that, your test results are interpreted with a detailed physician interview. This takes about 1 -1.5 hours.
HOW LONG ARE THE TEST RESULTS VALID?
The test results are valid for life. The results are re-analyzed at certain intervals according to current data.
HOW RELIABLE ARE THE RESULTS?
The reliability of genetic tests is over 90%, depending on the quality of the test performed according to the literature.
CARDIO DISEASES YOUR TRANSPORTATION SITUATION
Cardio genetic testing can identify risk factors associated with an increased risk of developing a variety of heart conditions, such as atrial fibrillation, or diseases that usually develop later in life, such as coronary artery disease.

A person with an inherited genetic risk factor may have a high chance of getting the disease, but this does not necessarily mean that the person will get the disease.

This laboratory test analyzes the sample we receive from you for your unique genetic markers that affect a wide range of heart-related health conditions, including ApoE, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, risk of developing hypertension and myocardial infarction Cardio genetic Test, as well as statins, beta blockers, It also examines eight classes of drugs that affect the cardiovascular system, including ACE inhibitors and hormone treatments.
Cardio genetic testing can help your doctor manage your overall health care, including prescribing the appropriate medication or dose of a drug based on your specific genetic markers.
METABOLIC DISEASES YOUR TRANSPORTATION STATUS
allows you to screen your patients for more than 300 inherited metabolic genetic diseases
Supported by rigorous science; Tests for clinically relevant markers using clinically validated assays
Helps future children provide personalized guidance on their prenatal and postpartum health
YOUR EARLY AND LATE-ONSET NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION
Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, epilepsy, autism presence detection or risk assessments can be made.
Your specific sensitivity to various psychiatric medications, including antidepressants, benzodiazepines, SSRIs, and atypical antipsychotics, may be determined.
YOUR CANCER RISK CARRYING STATUS

By identifying appropriate biomarkers for cancer therapy, effective immunotherapy studies can be achieved in 20-40% of cancer cases.
With liquid biopsy studies, it is possible to detect early-stage cancers by analyzing the free-floating tumor DNA in the blood.
Individuals at risk of developing cancer are recommended routine cancer screening tests. In this way, patients are detected early and appropriate treatment is ensured.
YOUR IMMUNITY
Problems in the genetic code cause primary immunodeficiency. More than 400 gene problems that affect the immune system can be identified.
